Give Jack a double tick for enjoyment! |
Our swimming lessons returned today, or did they? Not quite, but something happened that seemed to get the students of Room 6 very excited. Using Miss Paki's generous gift which are our new school kayaks, we practised a different type of water safety in the pool. Those of us without togs became our assessors and coaches and we had a seriously enjoyable learning time. I am sure others will remember their togs again now!
This is what our buddy assessors looked for:
- Paddle Hold (right angles, right way, consistency)
- Balance
- Overall Safety
- Speed
- Enjoyment
