Onepoto Caves: The Interviews

We are back from Camp Kaitawa and we had a wonderful time! A big thank you to the parents who came on camp: Anthony, Bridgit, David, Jason, Narelle and Richard. Without you we couldn't have had a camp and you all helped make it great! Another big thank you to the wonderful Mrs Hill (Mrs H) and her American student Miss Patel. You both helped make our camp enjoyable for everyone! We must also thank the Camp Kaitawa expert, Miss Hill. She came up as a guest during our camp, as she was helping a teacher from Haumoana School learn all about Kaitawa. Her expertise in the Onepoto Caves was much appreciated!

Here is a collection of interviews I captured while waiting in between caves.

    1. Thanks Teva, I enjoyed watching the clips too.

You can get music by Tortoise on iTunes. It is the song Gamera from the album Millions Now Living Will Never Die.

We sure had fun that day.
I loved going through all of the caves.
I think my favourite cave was when it was a tight squeeze.
    Everyone had a great time.
Great interviews Crighton , Nakita , Miss Patel and Inderpreet.
I like how you added the Come On The Bay song at the end and how you changed the colours.

  4. I loved caving at Kaitawa! I have never had such an experience like that! I have never gone caving & I had SO much fun! And I'm even happier 'cause I did the rope challenge as well! Great video Mr. M, I was a great idea to do a interview on some of us, but it's an even MORE awesome idea to put it on our blog!
